1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DocPrep (docprep.netlify.app or any associated domain), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Purpose

DocPrep is a free, open-access previous year question (PYQ) bank for AIIMS Patna MBBS students. It is provided for educational and exam preparation purposes only.

3. No Medical Advice

Content on DocPrep is not medical advice. It is crowd-sourced from students and should not be used for clinical decisions. Always consult authoritative textbooks, faculty, and qualified medical professionals.

4. Accuracy & Disclaimer

While we make reasonable efforts to verify content, DocPrep does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any question or answer. Answers have status indicators (Verified / In Review / Draft) but these reflect community review, not institutional endorsement. Cross-reference all content with standard textbooks.

5. User Accounts

Optional accounts (via Google OAuth or email magic link) enable bookmarks, personal notes, and difficulty ratings. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We use Supabase Auth for authentication; we do not store your passwords.

6. User-Generated Content

You may submit suggestions, corrections, or new questions. By submitting, you grant DocPrep a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your contribution. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission.

7. Intellectual Property

Exam questions are reproduced for educational purposes under fair use. If you are a copyright holder and believe content should be removed, contact us at docprepaiims@gmail.com. Site code is open-source under MIT license; content is © respective contributors.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content; (b) use automated tools to access the service; (c) impersonate others; (d) submit malicious or harmful content; (e) interfere with site operation or security.

9. Limitation of Liability

DocPrep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from use of this website or reliance on any content herein. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Patna, Bihar.
